Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At VastraVibes, we strive to deliver products that you love. To maintain product hygiene and quality standards, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges for eligible size and fit issues.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size or fit-related concerns.

To be eligible for an exchange:

An exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

Exchange Shipping Charges

Please note that exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location. The applicable exchange shipping cost must be paid by the customer before the replacement product is dispatched.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective item
An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vastravibesbyd.com.

For damaged or incorrect items, an unboxing video recorded from the sealed package opening until the product is fully visible is mandatory for claim verification. Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

After reviewing the evidence, we will arrange a replacement where applicable.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Products purchased during clearance, final sale, or special promotional offers (if applicable)
