At VastraVibes, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Charges

Please note that return/exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer and may vary depending on the carrier and delivery location. The applicable return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at divyanshiganvir21@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

  • Items returned without original tags or packaging

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards

  • Products purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions (if applicable)


Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us within the 7-day return window.

Subject to stock availability, we will assist you with an exchange. If the requested size is unavailable, you may opt for a return and refund as per our policy.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
