Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

We kindly request your patience and understanding in such situations. Rest assured, our team will do its best to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing an order. VastraVibes will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at divyanshiganvir21@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

To process any claim related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, an unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package condition, shipping label, and the product received.

Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or further investigation.

If you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
